Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.

We don't accept any kind of return or refund we accept only Replacement. 

Our return is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched 
  • If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

You can reach us at support@shopperskart.shop to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue. and Unboxing video is mandate for claim the replacement 



Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

- Electronic product have no guarantee and warranty so Manufacturing defect is not valid for electronic item
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Quality Issue, did not like the product, product small size etc. These kind of reason is not acceptable.




Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopperskart.shop

(we typically respond within 12-24 hours.)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
